Guzov Ofsink offers clients a full-service real estate practice capable of handling the entire spectrum of residential and commercial matters, including everything from an individual home or apartment purchase or sale to every aspect of a complex condominium conversion.

Residential real estate
We work with both purchasers and sellers, providing them with all of the services and documents needed to successfully complete a transaction, including all closing documents and settlement agreements.

Commercial real estate
Whether a client is purchasing or leasing, we negotiate on their behalf to obtain the fairest, most favorable terms possible.  We also provide counsel to clients on development, land use, and zoning issues.  

We have a great deal of experience assisting developers whose projects are conversions from commercial to residential usage - an area where both specific legal expertise and experience can help to ensure their development vision does not founder in "red tape."  We advise at each stage of the process, including helping to shepherd the project through the Attorney General's office in a timely fashion, providing all the forms and documentation that must be submitted in order for the plan to be accepted for filing.
