Pavel Seroklinov is a member of our corporate, securities and international practices. He focuses on securities regulation and compliance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Pavel is an experienced corporate attorney, who represents public and private companies, underwriters and placement agents. He has successfully completed numerous public offerings as well as private placements for companies in a wide spectrum of industries including mining, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, construction, industrial equipment and agriculture.

Pavel also advises investment funds and investment managers on structuring and formation of funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds, and compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Adviser Act of 1940, including preparation of compliance policies and procedures. Pavel’s practice also involves representation of registered broker-dealers in matters involving compliance with the FINRA rules and the SEC regulations.  

Pavel also has extensive experience in representing investors in emerging markets having practiced law in Russia specializing in foreign investments and mergers and acquisitions.
