Pavel I. Seroklinov
Pavel Seroklinov is a member of our corporate, securities and international practices. He represents public and private companies in complex financing transactions, including both public and private offerings of securities, with emphasis on reverse mergers and PIPEs transactions and securities laws compliance matters.
Prior to joining Guzov Ofsink, LLC in 2008, Pavel was with a New York corporate and securities boutique law firm where he represented issuers and institutional investors in public offerings and private placements of securities and in connection with regulatory matters relating to Rule 144, Section 16, Regulation M and insider trading. Pavel also has extensive experience in representing investors in emerging markets having practiced law in Russia specializing in foreign investments and mergers and acquisitions.
