Patrick Manasse
Patrick Manasse is an associate in both the litigation group as well as the corporate group.
His focuses on the corporate side are on private placements and cross-border transactions. He also handles general corporate matters and assists international companies with stock exchange listing processes.
On the litigation side, Patrick’s international multi-party litigation experience renders him capable of understanding and undertaking an array of procedures for the prosecution or defense of lawsuits from inception through trial in a wide range of complex commercial matters.
Immediately after law school, Patrick worked in the entertainment industry and assisted in the management of rights catalogues. Prior to joining Guzov Ofsink, Patrick negotiated trademark and licensing agreements between international companies.
