Joseph Zhaofan Tang
Mr. Tang is a member of Guzov Ofsink's corporate, securities and Asia practices. He has practiced corporate and securities law including international mergers and acquisitions and public and private offerings in China since 1998. His experience includes private placements and public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and other securities law matters. He assists Chinese and American clilents in a wide range of industries with the process of obtaining financing and going public in the U.S., including completing reverse mergers and making timely filings with the SEC.
Prior to joining Guzov Ofsink, LLC in 2010, Mr. Tang was an associate at Gottbetter & Partners, LLP, an adjunct law professor in Nanjing Radio and TV Universitiy, counsel for Jiangsu G & D Law Firm in Nanjing, China and counsel for Liangyungang Well law firm in Liangyungang City.
