Claire Libing Wu
Claire Libing Wu is a member of Guzov Ofsink’s corporate, securities and Asia practices. Her experience includes private placements and public offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and other securities law matters. She assists Chinese clients in a wide range of industries with the process of obtaining financing and going public in the U.S., including completing reverse merger, making timely filings with SEC and listing on NASDAQ.
Prior to joining Guzov Ofsink, LLC in 2006, Claire was a financial analyst and investment counselor at Asia Pacific Capital, a Wall Street-based financial consulting firm, where she advised American institutional investors seeking opportunities in joint ventures with Chinese enterprises.
