The second annual Alternative Public Strategies Conference will convene on May 8th, 2008. This landmark one-day event is an interactive forum exploring the latest reverse merger industry trends and alternatives to traditional public offerings for emerging growth companies. Global market perspectives from some of the most prominent and influential firms in the reverse merger industry will be presented.  The program will feature reverse mergers and after-market considerations, SPACs, PIPEs, accounting requirements for public companies, corporate governance and regulatory updates, foreign equity exchanges, as well as a special focus on the rapidly growing China market.
