Law student position: We are always seeking seasonal interns, fluent in both English and Mandarin, to undertake research and prepare memos on legal issues related to both U.S. corporate and securities laws and PRC laws and regulations. Additionally, this individual must be capable of translating legal documents from English to Chinese and from Chinese to English; conducting a due diligence reviews; reporting on cross-border corporate transactions; and participating in drafting SEC filings. The position is open to students who currently have a Chinese law degree and are seeking their LLM, as well as to third-year JD candidates. This is a paid position, and while we require at least a 20-hour per week commitment, we are flexible regarding specific hours.
